I am the son of Larry Norman

@peelingtacoma: Of course I agree that hatred against the Wallace's is wrong. But 'blind faith' in Larry Norman? No sir, I just stated some facts. Jenny told in her on-line letter (the one posted DDS), that Larry promised to remember Daniel in his will. This was in fact a lie! Larry promised only to remember Daniel in his will if the Wallace's provided him with Daniels certified DNA-profile, which off course had to match with Larry's own profile. Larry's request was refused several times ...

The hatred toward this family in this thread is also very unChristlike, and maybe these folks that hold Norman up as a kind of musical messiah should reconsider their motives. Having no other god before them...

What I find disturbing through this whole thread, is the blind-faith, yes, BLIND faith in Larry Norman, another fallible human being. There have been posts here that equate "slander" on Mr. Norman, with slander on the Bible. Who are you kidding??
I personally have many LN albums, and still enjoy them. He was a talented and gifted man. He was a groundbreaking evangelist in the realm of Christian Rock, a genre he pretty much invented, but he was human.

@failedangle wwwdotshadowcatcher was my old name, seldom used. This time around, I couldn't even access it, and created another one. As for the name, Shadow Catcher is from a Daniel Amos album. If you know about Larry Norman, you know about Terry Scott Taylor, and DA... all Christian rockers.

@MsPony65: yes, 3 times.

@knectone Ya, right...
Larry wasn't a rich man, and left with huge medical bills. What are you trying to cash in on?
(and how long will it be before my comment is removed along with all the other ones calling b.s. on you)?

@GULLYGUS15 He didn't refuse the test. He ASKED for it - 3 times, wasn't it?

@35geordie The Normans TRIED to deal with it. Daniel and mum refused to have DNA testing done.
Frankly, I think Mummy has a screw loose and could use some mental health services.
@meezergurl: that sounds fair, but really isn't. A claim like this is easily made, and can do a lot of damage, true or not. If you make a claim like this you have to prove it, otherwise it's clear the goal is to damage someones career.
This people turned down Larry's request for a DNA test two times, that's enough said I think.

@GULLYGUS15: Larry has denied all his life that Daniel is his son (remember Blue Book).
In 2006 Larry contacted Daniel personally and asked him to take part in a DNA test, or tell his mother to stop spreading this rumors.
Daniel agreed, but instead of meeting his 'dad' in 2007, he flew to the States to meet David and Randy. So the DNA test wasn't done, which you can't blame on Larry.
I fail to see why Charles should do anything knowing about the above 'happenings'.
