  • Picked up the original LP when it came out in 72 when in 6th grade. Was amazed at the versatility. Last summer picked up new deluxe set with unreleased tracks. I really like it but was bummed that Exile Blues wasnt included on it being that I really thought it should have ended the unreleased portion of the CD. Thanks for post!

  • Totally agree with you. It should have been on the deluxe editon for sure!! Missed opportunity!

  • Loving Cup off of the album in question has to be one of my fav stones songs ever. I love how they sound progressively more and more wasted as it goes. muahaha

  • @rockerjcc no one cares, especially if you gave it one listen and expected tracks like sympathy for the devil, Exile grows on you over time and the only reviews ever worth reading are those from people who actually spent time with it.

  • I was really suprised that this didnt end the new expanded Exile last summer although I do still enjoy it.

  • Please someone tell me where I can learn to play that piano riff!

  • @rockerjcc Nope, rockerjcc; not interested in your review. If you were "underwhelmed" by Exile on Man St. then you don't know shit about Music. Why would I waste my time or pollute my mind with your pompous ramblings?

  • I need this promotion record

  • The Stones always seem to me more country and Blues than Rock, so we can forget that " best R&R band in the world" headline then guys? OK?
