Isn't that the voice of Jullian Umesh John (executive, corporate affairs) in the background? It sounds like him. You know the guy brimming with ecstatic outbursts on "chi bai", chi bai? It is a topic he is quite familiar with as it was the inspiration behind a plan to ouster the deputy vice chancellor Chin Peng Kit.
This was probably taken when he was a student. This Indian had a knack for hidden cam chi bais even then.
