Yep, i can confirm simular issues over LAN, however they are not that bad. ( you certainly wouldnt expect it to be the same over the world would ya ;) )

@HarlemHyena - anyone can choose car number that determines the color, and can also all use the same color if wanted but its not preferrable of course.

The black Gallop Racing car is a good car to use at the Advanced course in the PC/Saturn version of Daytona USA. It was a pretty good race the way it flowed. Cars still a bit bouncy or jittery at speed, but flowed nicely nonetheless. Keep up the great work!

Well yes, the more players that enter the ring the worse the performance will be. Each player needs to upload all date from everyone else and since upload is capped to 256k (me) which is really about 210k actual throughput, 5p holds up pretty good. I think there is still some room for the actual network code in the emulator to be improved as sometimes similar issues can even occur on a local LAN some have reported through testing.
