Nikki Chenoweth is producing clay beads with highly complex decorations which are sold as "she beads" in the form of necklaces, ear rings and bracelets. Nikki is an Aboriginal woman from Cooktown in Northern Queensland and has been working in jewellery art since school.

She calls one of her many jewellery collections "Milby", which means "song lines" in the language of her people. She is permitted to tell the stories of her people through these beads because the stories have been passed to Nikki from her Great Grandmother, her Grandmother and her Mother.
