This film demonstrates how people in the UK not only enjoy freshwater but rely on it.

Population growth, poor water management and extreme weather events can all have serious consequences on our freshwater ecosystems. Climate change will only exacerbate these problems. While the precise impacts are uncertain, there is consensus that we are likely to experience more and greater intensity of both drought and flooding over the next 50 years.

WWF is working on solutions to help our precious freshwater systems adapt to the impacts of climate change and growing demand.

Government, businesses and individuals also need to play their part in helping to protect a resource that is, as the film shows, so crucial to both people and nature.
