  • Dont you know the camry comes the way it is from the factory for a reason ? you go and change all these things, in reality your making this car worth less and in the long run you will pay, the xle is the most luxurious why wouldnt you keep it like that ? wtf ? its like you payed to make this car perform and look cheaper .

  • @Godblesseveryone4 don't really care about the value, car is paid off. Has only about 48k miles on it. It's a camry, will be fine. Don't plan on keeping it longer than for another 2-3 years. Its a car, its a hobby. Cars come and go. To each his own right?

  • I wish you would have had the foresight to do a series of "how to" videos. such as how to install the halo lights. And how to install the K&N air filter. And how to install the lighted door sills, etc. etc. etc.

  • @coutonbou yes would be great!...anything electrical I had it done by a shop. Headlights were done at a shop (although I now look back, I could've easily had done it myself in under 30 mins). K&N filter was pretty easy, take the old one out, had a few screws attached to it, bolt this one in place. Door sill lights had to do with wiring under the carpet and thru the rocker panels, and wiring it to the fuse box, so had a shop do that also.

  • The camry v6 is fast , I have one but, I just call it like I see it the exahaust looks awkward on your camry and it doesnt matter what springs u have they will not outlast the factory springs, and just looks weird on a camry. The se actually sits lower from the factory, and off course its far from sporty but, if your gonna tune a camry might as well get a se . Too be honest the se v6 camrys, all they need are some 19' or 20' rims and they look fantastic ! without anything else .

  • @viggen16 now regret not going with 19's, but it's all cool. 20's are insane. I am planning on taking the car with me to philly, bad roads, winter, snow, and 20's don't make a good combo in driving (that is if i do take the car out to drive, most of the time will not).

  • @Godblesseveryone4 ok. 1. I changed it to TRD springs according to camry specs. 2. I changed the shocks. 3. I did not want the SE with the body kit. My personal preference is to keep it simple, no body kit. 4. If you truly believe SE is the "Sport" model, fyi this is just a family sedan I made the best i could with a given budget. Take the "Sport" in SE very lightly, because it is nothing that will blow you out of this world. 5. As far as rims go, I chose 18's, yea could've gone with 19's

  • You can get anything a xle has on a se model plus MORE !!!!! and looks better ! with a tuned suspension from factory ! why fix up a xle ? They look better stock !

  • @viggen16 Na, the se still looks better and has a better suspension from the factory, your gonna pay for changing your springs in a couple years anyways, yur shocks are gonna be gone . BTW the xle still looks like a base model ! Your exahaust is too big for a camry too look clean, rims are too small, if your gonna put rims on a camry they gotta be the right rims otherwise they look cheap on a toyota ! I have 20' xxr 521 silver with a 3.25 lip something like that, not just putting on anything!

  • @Godblesseveryone4 true...but really happy with this XLE...when i got this, they had no V6 SE's at my dealership as they were still pushing 06's off the lot. Wait time for SE was about 3 months. Went with the XLE V6 and loving it every bit!
