Bagon evolves at lv 30 and Shelgon evolves at lv 50 into Salamence.

just level it up once then it will evolve then just train your shelgon to lv. 50

I had a sawpert so when I got a chance to hit it I used mud shot which slowed his pokemon down and then he could not make me fintch =)
