Hey if Matt Hildebrand didn't go down Liberty would have won!!! He was their best player and leader!!! They are the closest #16 seed team ever to come close to beating a one seed!!! Winning the game with less than 10 minutes to go in the game!!! It will happen soon because of Seth Curry who will be a better player than his brother at Davidson, Stephen Curry!!! GO LU!!! What do you mean? Liberty BEAT Campbell in this game, and their first game in the NCAA tourney that year was against the #1 seed, UNC, not Duke.

Also, Liberty was beating UNC with less than 10 minutes left in the game, before UNC's bench depth ended up being the deciding factor in beating Liberty.

what a season for Campbell in 94.. Duke crushed them however in the 1st round of the NCAA tourney.
