  • @Schteinrick My mom and dad also have that album... When I was a kid I looked at it and loved the album art's main photograph, I loved Judy's face... Not in a way a man likes a woman, but in the way a child loves something beautiful...... I still remember it as one of my childhood's most beloved memories!

  • @monjoUtube: count it carefully and you will see she never drops a beat

  • Joni Mitchell is one amazing songwriter. She also sings her songs in a fantastic way. I was seeing the videos of Both Sides Now and I liked very much the Bing Crosby rendition. Awesome.

  • @thekatie40 For those who have fought for it, freedom has a flavor the protected will never know. You think about that the next time you insult one of my fellow veterans. It's people like you who would have been content to let Hussein continue gassing Kurds, or would rather have the slaugher that ocurred in Vietnam and Cambodia following the departure of US forces, than let America be victorious anywhere in the world.

  • This is an established classic, however, Collins' timing, though I don't say is bad, is certainly extremely syncopated and devilish difficult to follow, the conductor must have lost a lot of hair on this Boston Pops outing.

  • Brings back happy memories whan I was a young lad..Thank you for posting

  • @ivan17stone I feel the exact same way. I'm 49 and my parents had this album as well. If I played this song once, I played it a hundred times. They had the Andy Williams version as well and that one was spun a bunch too. One of those memories that's so nostalgic you're literally brought back in time.

  • judy still looked good here...still porkable...but now forget it...the booze took its toll...

  • @Warrior7734 I found what you replied to be so touching. Not that could get close to your experience as a solder but I did experience how calming this song was to me when I was a very young emotional, too self-involved woman fighting my own demons. Geez at age 62 I am grateful that I overcame the emotional demons. And now I have the slightest insight about what it must have been like for you to serve out country.

  • @Wubba2Write those were the days when a teacher wasn't a robot who had to read the school boards and the principals script and nothing more.

  • @Warrior7734 NO i wasnt kidding i misunderstood... and now im sorry . Your so proud that you extended your time so you could kill more people.... your sick and i hope you have nightmares of all the people you killed i hope they haunt you, night n day.
