I was bored as hell and I decided to make a crazy video of me running with a 28' Parachute.SPRINT speed is all about power. The greater the power applied on each stride, the greater will be the acceleration and, subsequently, the faster the final speed will be.

Well, what exactly was the point of your comment? The video was all in good fun, but are you challenging my training techniques or me as an athlete?
