This is one of the easiest desserts I can imagine. The presentation makes it special, though. Your friends will be surprised when you serve them a plain grapefruit... :-)

@VividnessProductions That's leaf gelatine. If you can't find leaf gelatine, just use powdered gelatine instead. Its explained in the guide (see description).

@tif0028 Thanks, I'm glad you enjoy the emails. I do it this way because many of my cakes and desserts require a bit more than just a list of ingredients to get the exact same result. So, I add more detail in the guides that I send out.
