LG in Germany replied quickly and seem to be saying German DVB-T and UK DVB-T are different and there is no adjustment possible. :o( Here's their email:-

Der DVB-T Empfang funktioniert in England leider nicht, da sich DVB-T in Deutschland und England technisch unterscheiden. Eine Ei9nstellung kann hierzu leider nicht vorgenommen werden...

I got this phone from Germany, the TV and radio are DVB-T but I have not been able to receive even one channel. I think something in the spec is different between Germany and Britain.

i got that mobile.

no there is no fm radio and no there are no fees for recieving tv- or radio-programs. the mobile includes an dvb-t receiver which could pick up free terrestrial broadcast. the battery could keep alive for about 150 minutes watching tv nonstop, otherwise there are 2 weeks standby.

couple of questions dose that phone have fm radio and also dose it cost to watch tv on the phone and dose it drain the battery
