This is the last minute of 4 1/2 min. free skate? Wow, so fast and full of energy, such a smooth & effucient edgework and musical to a T as always. Goes to show that this guy is the current national champ for good reasons.

He must've had some good reason to have this LP scrapped but I really wish he'd go back to it later in the season. The new LP to Saint-Saens symphony is so... ordinary. Romantic but mediocre. This Planet program could have stand out as something original and unique among the field. Pity.

This looks much more exciting than the LP he skated at the Japan Open. I think he should definitely go back to this!

Thanks for posting this!! So gorgeous. He seems to skate with a deeper knee bend in this video (than most of last season). I wonder if Yuka has been working with him on his speed and skating skills? But then I also think he tends to skate with better knee bend when he's not freaked out during competition... really looking forward to watching him skate this season...

I was there for the short program! his short was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!! i loved it. he got 2nd for this but 1st overall right??

unfortunatly I missed the short and i was there only on sunday. if the results were combined, he would have been 1st overall, but they weren't so he was 2nd. anyway, I don't think that it really matters :)
