@philigone I loved alice n dana 2geda - they had the whole best friend/lover chemistry going for them. But i also think alice n tasha were great together as well- i dont really feel that its fair to compare alice n dana's chemistry with that of alice n tasha - cos the chemistry had a very different feel to it. Alice n Dana were girly, giggly n cute, while tasha n alice had more of an opposites attract passion to them. Both were great couples though n i appreciate them equally!!

Alice without Dana, it was a real big mistake! I don't understand why the directors took that choice? (it was a real suicide for the show). There is no feelings between Alice and Tasha: no fun , no passion.
I think i was a great idea to realize a movie with Erin and leisha as lovers but in other context for example a cop and a lawyer (ok sorry for my english but i'm french)

They should have NEVER broken up...or if they did, it should have been written in a way that Dana would have survived the breast cancer and ended up back with Alice! This is one of the most touching, intense scenes of the entire series. TiBette may be the "it" couple to many, but I think that Dana & Al were the ones to watch! Such true feelings...that last kiss had so much passion and tenderness...ugh...I am crying...again! This scene gets me every time!

I completely agree. These two have, hands down, the best chemistry of any television couple in recent history. I used to think only Jim/Pam (The Office) could inspire such appreciation from me, but Alice/Dana have topped them through and through. Erin and Leisha have successfully ruined all other coupledom for me. Hilarity, passion, romance, angst, and utter heartbreak - they had it all. Tibette cannot hope to hold a candle.
