@ktvacho The problem with that is that for bigger trees it's hard to lift them up to clear the clambunk, especially when you are working in tight quarters like this operator is doing. You would think that would be best, and on paper it is, but it doesn't work like that

The best thing you shoulda done is get the clam bunk so you can just cut it spin around and lay it down in the grapple so you do t have to monkey around with puttin them in piles.

that's a good point, maybe it lifts the tree up slightly with de branchers?

you can actually hear the disc saw speading up again after it cuts..

why didnt you top the trees before hauling it... that tends to create more damage to the residual stand
so do u just cut a strip and then go skid it or just cut a drag at a time ?

@pedalmulisha2006 You would cut a stand of timber and lay the trees in bunches. Then come back and grab the bunches and skid them out. This is a demo just to show that it can be done.
