  • sitting here with neck pain and weird head pain and tapping in my ear. Pretty sure its due to prolonged bad posture in form of my computer (animator). Great to see how I should be sitting. Last week I was putting in 14 hour days with very few breaks and I think thats why im messed up now. Thanks for the upload.

  • One thing that really helped me was right at the end. Screen at eye level. I was beginning to figure I need to visit my neighborhood rabbit but turns out my eyes are fine. Good stuff sir. Keep em coming. Cheers
