You should update this guide to add the way to transfer fortify from lower gear to higher gear. This would be very helpful, not that this isn't already.

@holycodman The Bloodlust Set can be obtained by colleting Emerald Shards (if I remember correctly) and exchange them at Freedom Harbor. See the other guide (Collecting Shards & Exchange) on this channel for more precise info.
