Rafael Mendes (Atos BJJ) shows how to take the back of an opponent defending a kimura. I've personally witnessed him do this to someone 60 lbs. heavier than him.

  • this really works good for me hahah nice move

  • @TheGarbagebelly

not sure if that is a compliment or insult, either way chris is a kimura machine, but enough of that i dont want to turn a mendes comment section into a brennan discussion.

  • @nextgenerationmma HAHA! Chris Brennan would show something like this :)

  • I wish I knew about BJJ before I got into TKD. This is much more effective in a fight. Some big guy gets you on the ground, it only opens up more options for you.

  • i forgot about this move. chris brennan taught me that like 6 or 7 years ago, but i never liked it much , too afraid of getting counter armbared, but im gonna start playing with it again.

  • Gzzz. Enough said.

  • Ridiculous

  • andre galvao used this in 2008 worlds against baruilo estima.

  • Damn, NICE!
