Funny. Digital Underground sampled this and the Spice Girls sampled Digital Underground. The sampling concept is very interesting in my opinion, I wish there more sampling like this.

digital underground did this justice. this is da donkeyest funkiest sht i ever heard so stank u gotta step in it just 2 carry da funk with ya

The intro/outro is "Hop, Skip & Jump" by Pete Rock off the album The Surviving Elements

@deantre23 AHH BUT THERE WERE ALOT OF P-FUNK FANS EVEN IN OAKLAND THAT KNEW WHERE IT ACTUALLY CAME FROM BUT THERE WAS AN UNOFFICIAL CODE OF SILENCE ON IT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THERE WAS A GREAT DEAL OF APPRECIATION FOR DIGITAL UNDERGROUND HONERING PARLIAMENT WITH THIS GREAT SAMPLE. BUT THE FLIP SIDE IS THAT THE CODE OF SILENCE CAME WITH THE ANTICIPATION OF MORE SAMPLES OF LESSER KNOWN PARLIAMENT TRACKS BUT IT NEVER HAPPENED, I THINK DIGITAL UNDERGROUND SHOULDA DONE MANY MORE.
