Arizona Senator and Republican presidential candidate John McCain met with The Des Moines Register editorial board Wednesday, October 24. McCain talks about the realities of climate change and his feelings that the U.S. and the rest of the world must take steps to combat it.

I can answer his Bliar question at 3:20
1) It he's wrong we waste $trillions lining the pockets of subsidy farmers, reversing development in poor parts of the world, costing millions of lives and we hand over our freedom to an unelected EU / UN world government by the elite.
2) If he's right, spending $trillions on windmills and biofuels ain't gonna make one bit of difference to the weather which hasn't warmed since 1998 despite rising CO2.
Simples.

Danish Scientist Henrik Svensmark has a different theory on Global Warming. He does not think that CO2 is the main cause of Global Warming. He think it is all due to the sun.
