@thedelta88 Shut the fuck up about the oil! What oil? The US never got any of that oil, not one drop. The oil reserved are not so bad that you have to spend billions of dollars on an invasion and occupation force, the US could have bought the entire Iraqi oil supply (assuming of course that Saddam would sell it to the US) a couple times over with the money spent on the war. Over 3/4 of the oil (since the invasion) has been sold to Asia and 1/4 of that oil export has been sold to Europe.

We could better protect ourselves by getting out of the Middle East completely and focus on our own borders and who and what comes into our country. And let Israel sink or swim on its own.
