Drawn by Pete Wagner in 2004. This is about as slow as I ever draw! I was enjoying talking with this university student from India.

  • Great job! The guys down here in Houston also use Crayolas:)

  • The art of event (entertainment) caricature is about using the minimal number of lines to achieve a humorous likeness, not about doing a highly finished piece. Those who are flaming this video, if you click on their name, are all wannabee young would-be caricaturists who have time-lapse videos of drawings that took a half hour or more, and were nowhere near as good as this one by Wag.

  • If you check the sites of the critics, they are disciples of the Anal Retentive School of Caricature which is being foisted on the public by the corporate pimps who exploit unsophisticates at giant shopping malls and cheesy amusement parks.

  • stupid bitches need to shut up in background

  • Wow! This caricature is fantastic! The eyes are a little bigger than I usually draw them, so the begining of the vid, I had thought you were drawing a woman...X3 Anyway, the drawing was incredible!

  • All you people who are claiming it's not very good; it's supposed to be entertainment, not portrait drawing.

  • you guys probably never heard of caricature.......and one thing it's in the TITLE!

  • @sdhanyam There are a variety of ways for doing caricature. HIGHLY exaggerated and distorted, one you can use minimalism and abstraction and everything in between. This is a VERY good likeness.
