Downsiid has enjoyed independent success with their releases: 'Karma: The Rebirth' and 'The Evolution of Ghetto Rock'. They have toured the country on self funded tours to include their annual indie fest 'The Siid Show: Rock N Roll Circus', which is in it's 5th year and now includes 8 Texas cities, "Girls, Grills and Guitars Tour" and "The Freedom Tour" which took them to towns neighboring military bases throughout the South. To date DownsiiD has sold over 10,000 copies of 'The Evolution of Ghetto Rock' The highly anticipated follow up album, 'Life of Lies' was released in November 2010, featuring the track "Not With Me" as the single released to radio. The track has been graciously accepted at radio, with numbers of spins growing exponentially in all major Texas markets. The album features tracks co written with Andy Waldek (Daughtry, Earth to Andy), production by Roy Z (Judas Priest, Halford), and mastering by Maor Applebaum (Halford, Yngwie Malmsteen, Sylvia Shivy).
Downsiid is currently seeking a major label recording & distribution agreement.

This is pretty interesting. First off....NONE of us stick anything up our noses except for the occassional finger. We have a zero hard core drug policy. Its understandable...not everyone is going to like us. Thats a given. i am personally a self proclaimed douche bag...the rest of the guys are pretty friendly and cool though. Nobodies? Okay. Im in this now. Whoever is the one posting all these negative comments about Downsiid..OBVIOUSLY doesnt know the band at all. They are a GREAT group of guys! They have played with various national acts over the years including Papa Roach,Rehab,Framing Hanley, and Taproot. People like you are the ones that are gonna push them to the top. So hate if you want. It only keeps their name out there!!!
