Even Dragon Hunters need time for reflection! But when a bizarre chameleon dragon attacks, there's little chance for the depressed Gwizdo to ponder his future, even with Lian-Chu and Hector picking up the slack and the contract negotiations. (Synopsis by tv(dot)com)

I do NOT own, nor do I pretend to own this gem of a show. Dragon Hunters is created and produced by Arthur Qwak and Futurikon respectively.

  • oh man xD

I'm german and this was the first time I saw a Dragon Hunters Episode in english

I couldn't stop laughing when I heard Gwizdos voice, it sounds really weird if you're familiar with his german voice XD

  • @MetaLatias5 Haha, the differences are pretty funny. English Zaza sounds like a nasally brat while German Zaza sounds like a mature young lady.

  • @KillerKlondikeBar Aw, I like Zaza's English voice. It actually sounds like they got a kid to do it, whereas the Season 2 English voice and all the other European versions I heard sound like she's 30 or something. And Hector is even more jarring, because his English voice is high-pitched while French and German are really deep.

  • @Behonkiss Don't get me wrong, I like her English voice also. I wasn't trying to down it or anything. I'm going to have to watch some of these episodes in German sometime. Taking a class in German during the summer.

  • I love Gwizdos english voice!

  • what exactly is hector a bunny with a collar?

  • @princessthyemis I think (Not sure) they released the whole season on DVD in France and Germany, and there's a small chance those might have English subs. Other than that your only hope would be a fansub, but those don't seem to exist online much outside of anime.

I'd say give it a shot in English, as it's running on Starz and available on Netflix until the Starz contract expires in February, but go in with lowered expectations. The new voice cast and music really hurts it.

  • @Behonkiss Where can I watch Season 2 in French with English subtitles? (Do you recommend to watch it that way, or in English?)

  • wait, wait, wait..... is that Bird is the Word playing in the background music there at the end?

  • This entire episode was ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS!!!! I had to stifle my laughter during 2:22 to 2:51 or else I'd wake everyone up!

    I LOVE THIS SHOW!!!

  • @Behonkiss I like Hector's English voice XD

  • @KillerKlondikeBar Aw, I like Zaza's English voice. It actually sounds like they got a kid to do it, whereas the Season 2 English voice and all the other European versions I heard sound like she's 30 or something.
