The Workaholic - Episode 1 - Pilot

At a new American financial and insurance services company, a documentary film crew follows the everyday adventures of Tommy Bell, a 31 year-old college drop-out who was recently kicked out of his mom's house by his new stepdad. Homeless, and looking for work, Tommy manages to convince a new business owner, David Felt, who is looking for salesmen for his company, AmeriCAN Financial, that he is fresh off of business school and is looking for a new challenge, and work. However, Tommy finds out that the company is based in the owner's condominium, has only a few clients, and, worst of all, has a workaholic co-worker, Jack Emmers, who claims, that, without him, the company could not succeed in the modern business world. Within minutes of meeting, the two become competitors, both thriving off of praise from the regional sales manager, David Felt, who knows little about what goes on outside of his office. Eventually, Tommy manages to make a sale to a new client of the company, who later invites him to breakfast at his house.
