how can u get assassin as a seconder.. ( i'm a noob ) dervich is nigthfall and assassin is factions

@matteSWE12 once you ascend, you can change to any secondary at will provided you have unlocked it through a quest, or paid 500 gold to the profession changer. This includes getting assassin on a dervish

@matteSWE12 You can also become a Weh No Su by completing Nahpui Quarter in Factions, that's the equivalent to Ascension. Also, if you're an elonian native(your character was made in nightfall) you only need to complete the quest "Hunted!" and you'll be able to change your secondary at any profession changer.
