Isla Palenque Torture Interview

A member of a Christian non profit foundation who lived on Isla Palenque describes his experience on the Island. The background noises you hear are the sounds that blast out of loud speakers installed all over the island with the sole intention of torturing residents and forcing them to leave the island. This are the same tactics the american army used against Noriega, during Desert Storm in the Persian Gulf War, against hardened terrorist in Afghanistan and detainees in Guantanamo Bay.
