I have done extensive research (personal and secondary) on this particular subject. I have spent over 8 years involved in the legal immigration process at the federal and state levels.

I am aware of the hate the extends to legal immigrants from actions taken by anti immigrant groups. I am personally aware of the hate created specifically towards hispanics due to ignorance as yours.

Personally, I was more struck by his impotent wandering than his psychological deterioration, which has been established long ago.  To think the Board of Supervisors used to be afraid of this guy. They took the teeth out of his precious "crackdown" and now he's reduced to overseeing garbage pick up. Priceless!

NO you are wrong ! it is cheaper to hire H-1B visa wokers then it is to hire are collage grads , because the h-1B visa's have a set pay scale for the first couple years .. they want you to think there is a short fall of workers so they can boost there profits . I saw a study on this to but there was something likle 350,000 collages grads that could not find work because the company wanted to hire cheaper people ..

That is a lie mr. gates has said its because he wants cheap . It cost more for him to hire people hear that are qualified for the jobs but in a move to cut cost and add profit he has said this statment .. Here is a fun fact 48,000 Americans have been killed/murderd by ILLEGAL aliens since 9/11/01 those are killings that should have not happened . I have seen friends lose there jobs in constution because of the cheap labor coming across the border its a crime and these people are TRUE AMERICANS !

Its not because they cant find a work force its because they want cheap labor .. Also I agree we should help the people get rid of the bad government , but only a little it is up to those people from that county to help them selves and not take what they belaive is the easy way and run over to America they need to stay in there country and demand change from there government . It is not Americas job to make more jobs for these people its there own governments job .

Mr. Gates stated he didn't have enough High Tech Visas open in the USA to support the needs of his company because our democratic congress failed to pass anything on immigration.

Illegal immigration has dropped dramatically due to the current USA economy issues, along with anti Immigrant (not just illegal) laws being passed.

I have to live with my loved ones (here legally) being stared at, harassed, or called a criminal because of their accent or physical characteristics.

I have yet to meet an Immigrant legal or not without pride for their own country. I agree with you that we should do more to help the other governments. We are today creating new jobs in these countries, Microsoft, Ford, and some of the largest farms in California are all moving across the boarder, because they cannot find a workforce.
