First concert of the season! Yes there are some rhythm issues, but there are some new people in the band who just need to sort out some problems, so don't judge harshly.

Too slow. Waaaaay to slow. And there's a bunch of wrong notes. The horn part and euphonium cues aren't loud enough and the base clarinet/eupho part at 85 isn't loud enough.

It was okay, FOR A CONCERT BAND. But for a concert band why didn't you take on a easier version if you are there is not not enough time? Secondly I am going to agree with the guy that said epic fail int he trumpet section. In my band (no string instruments)we have 7 trumpets and we played a version of the song, We had that part down, Now i understand you had 2 trumpets...but with that case they should have stepped up and learned their part a little better. A 3 in UIL would have been good.

I'm not the director. One trumpet learned his part, the other was a stoner and didn't. Whoop de do. Man concert band members are jackasses.

Person who posted this video, please stop trying to rub your musical education in everyones face, we really dont care. Anyways, if you know so much then it should be obvious that this band doesn't sound very good. I personally dont think there's anything wrong with that, as long as kids are still playing music in schools, i'm happy. I just dont like when people get all high n' mighty over something as rediculous as this. You start cussing out all these kids and acting like you know so much more

im a 8th grader & were learning this & we could play the whole song in like 2 days....its not that hard...im a first chair flute btw
