This is sooo hard ;_; but I'm looking forward to building up my strength and being able to do this vinyasa several times. Thanks so much :]

I LOVE this one! Im a 22 year old male who has been doing yoga on and off for the last few years and I finally feel like I have found an instructor with methods that are challenging but reasonable. I can feel the difference in my arms, chest, thighs, neck, etc, etc. Not to mention having this available to pull up on my computer at home is so easy! I love it!
Thank you for all the great videos Esther! You are a vital part of my daily morning routine!

Thank you Esther, this is a great video! I am working my way up to doing some arm balances, so doing this several times a week for the next couple weeks to build up more strength. Thanks again for these great videos.

This is my favourite of your videos that I've tried so far.. and they're all great! Your advice on the rest of the body really made me adjust the tiny misalignments that I never would have gotten to otherwise. It made the workout that much better!
Great teaching :)
mostly the problem i have with doing arm balances or things like this that are supposed to help with arm strength is that my wrists start to hurt. do you have any tips for preventing or lessening wrist pain while working on upper arm/body strength?
thanks!

Hi Lily, yeah.. that is a common enough problem. You want to pull / suck in the centre of your palm a bit, like you want to pull it up toward your shoulder. Another thing you can do with certain poses is placing a folded towel underneath your wrist so the angle is not as intense. Than just build it up slowly, with practice your wrist will get stronger.
Good luck!
