We'll I guess we won't worry about holding him accountable for not having a leading role in the clean up then. Was bush responsible for the hurricane. You're too caught up in the political blame game to see straight. I don't care who is in the whitehouse, this is a non response by anyone's standard. Keep blaming past administrations and not the current one for what they are NOW DOING OR NOT DOING! That ought to help out a lot.

Cheney derugulated the industry so bp can do what they want,bp did what they want in US waters but are more careful in Uk waters voluntarily.But if the gulf was with human fetus, cheney could not get away with deregulating the oil industry for the snowflake children. Bush would make sure of that.
Obama is not responsible for the gusher.

@MrTabby5000 I agree that they share in the blame but what is the current administration doing? You stopped short of addressing the fact that the current president would rather play golf 7 times, go on vacation, host white house events and pose for photo ops instead of being a leader. We have to stop worrying about political affiliations and see this for what it is. This has to be the worst response in history to a disaster. They're ALL guilty and are ALL accountable!!!

You can play the rock star, read teleprompters, pose for photo ops all you want but the true test of leadership is how you respond to a crisis. This has to go down as the most mishandled non response in history!! It sickens me that you play golf and host whitehouse concerts with celebs while millions of gallons of oil pollute the ocean and kill everything in it's wake. Where is the leadership? Why aren't we throwing all of our resources at solving this as soon as possible!!!
