@6294TX NO NO NO! the only way you can pick up where you left off is if you are a certified Poom, and have the documentation to prove it. Otherwise, you can enroll, and work for 3 years (just like the rest of us did.) and recieve your poom then learn Koryo

these people are from Kukkiwon. Makers of taekwondo. -_-
this is the new style poomsae. they are not wrong in any way.

this has really helped me learn koryo because i am about to get my black belt and i need to know taegeuk 8 & koryo. i already know taegeuk 8 so i'm putting all my focus on koryo

@dgbb100 I just learned it awhile ago and my dojang works ahead.I'm supposed to know it before I'm a black belt here in montana

I took a break in TKD and I completely forgot about this form and Iv'e been planning to go bak but not without this form memorized. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! My master would have killed me in sparring.

@pk659987 This is a Black Belt form. You should not know this form yet.... Also if you were a black belt and skilled then you would have to be very proficient in this form as it is the basic 1st Degree Black Belt form just as Geumgang is 2nd and Taeback is 3rd.
This is the video directly from the Kukkiwon so his form is the correct way to do it.....

I'm a 65 yr old blackbelt in TKD.
My advice is: You're young and can do the kicks, stamina, board breaking. What you need to concentrate on are the poomsae which are easily forgotten. Enroll at a dojang, explain the situation, demonstrate you can kick, show you know the poomsae up to where you left off (look at videos and emulate) and ask for an appraisal. I'm sure you'll find them helpful and you can skip ahead to where you left off.
