My name is Ryan, and I lost over 100 lbs in 9 months. This is a compilation of pictures showing the fat disappearing!
My BMI(body mass index) when I started: 34.7.
My BMI today: 21.9

@Kingtunice A good thing to do is to eat 6 meals a day of small portions and drink lots of water so you fill your stomach. If you get a craving just down the water and you won't be hungry anymore. Also eat at every meal some lean protein and vegetable.. eating protein with complex carbs (veggies) causes your muscles to burn more fat.. for some reason.. and eating smaller portions throughout the day causes your metabolism to increase thus burning fat quicker.

Wow I am abosuletly amazed at how much you have lost. Congratulations and I am sure you are extremely proud of yourself. I have been at my weight loss and kinda hit a crash this week but gonna pick it up tomorrow. Way to go man! You look great! Ironically, you lost about the same amount of weight that I did in almost the same amount of time. I saw your other video in which you described some of the techniques that helped you lose weight. Yes, diet soda can be your best friend, although dentists would disagree, lol:) It also cracks me up when companies act like people can ONLY lose weight if they buy THEIR products:) Take care and keep up the great work!
