@rewilkins2 If music videos and films keep pushing the envelope that little bit further more and more, where does it all end? 15 - 20 years ago films/ videos seemed a lot more tame and innocent compared to now. So does that mean 20 years from now, todays TV/films are going to be viewed in a similar benign light? Snuff movies used to be considered the big taboo, but look here on youtube and you can witness people dying for real anytime.

@cosmictimes Yes, they were just as many, perhap more subtle. You see back then by regulations that were established. Whenever you saw say for example husband and wife of boy friend and girl friend, they were only allowed to kiss for 3 seconds. So, things back then were more respectful per say. Now, their symbolism is seen everywhere out in the open, and they are constantly promoting SEX to the youngsters. Although, it may seem as if the earlier films failed to show symbols, however, they do.
