  • Thanks for sharing...I think I'm going to join you and stock up on saran wrap and Albolene. My daughter in law had mentioned she did this to lose inches last year...but I never thought to try it myself. Somehow hearing it from you...now I want to try it!

    When I start...do I wear it throughout the day or just when exercising?

  • I have a problem with inner thighs as well. I think I may try this! But I don't have that cream so I'll just use some icy hot.

  • Perseverence my sista. I have faith that you'll get there. Do it for you and nobody but you. Just know that you're beautiful (big or small)

  • You look great! If you want to start jogging, the best way is to walk 4 minutes, run five minutes. If you can't do 5 min. do 3 min. for 20 minutes 3 times a week. . Every week add a minute or two until your able to to run without stopping. You'll be surprise how quickly you build up your stamina.
