Just a quick tip my friends David & Matt (Affinity Kids) taught me to keep your legs straight while doing power!

It's simple actually, buy 2 elbow/knee pads (cost around $10-$20) and then the guard/protective part, instead of putting it on your knee, put it on backwards so the guard part is like behind your knee, that way it is a lot harder to bend your leg, therefore, your legs will naturally become straighter with this tip. This mainly works with windmills, flares, halos and I suppose air flares.

  • What kind of knee pads is that? is it a volley ball knee pad?

  • @KnightVolt03 it is a volleyball knee pad, i believe its the most commonly used pad for bboying for my observations
