Prosecutors say Cecil Suwal (SEE'-suhl SOO'-wahl ) supervised the escort service's booking agents and paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to the company's call girls.They also claim she was the one who controlled the front companies that were used to hide the prostitution ring's profits.Emperor charged clients up to 55-hundred dollars an hour to be with one of their escorts.Suwal is the second person to plead guilty in this case. A booking agent, facing similar charges, appeared in court last month.The alleged founder of the club has pleaded *not guilty*, and is awaiting trial.As for New York's disgraced ex-governor...he hasn't been charged, but he apologized and stepped down after the story broke back in March.Spitzer's involvement was discovered during an investigation into suspicious cash transfers. Federal agents eventually tapped his phone calls and analyzed his bank records.No word yet on whether prosecutors plan to charge him with breaking any laws.
