Dr. Christopher Lepisto explains what probiotics are and how they benefit our bodies and what happens when we don't have enough beneficial bacteria in our body. An educational video exclusive on iHealthTube.
Holistic healing is the way to go. western medicinal practices are most of the time ineffective in the long run and can be dangerous. western doctors should really stick to surgery and procedures that taking an herb cannot fix. however prescribing bottles upon bottles of synthetic lab made magic pills is just messing our bodies up.
@jenniehat234 and you know this because?? This "holistic crap" isn't bullshit. I go to a holistic doctor. He does EVERYTHING my regular MD does- blood tests, blood count, tests for nutrient deficiencies, vitals, reflexes, vision, etc but he prescribes well researched natural alternatives and emphasizing diet and lifestyle to support wellness. The basis of your apparent bitterness doesn't seem to be logically grounded... quite ignorant just like everyone else who dismisses alternative medicine..
