@yeewaishun2000 - Its subjective yes, but also practicing the right stuff, with the intended outcome in mind is important too. Staying awake and being conscious while the body goes to sleep or you waking back up but not your body - after you and it both go to sleep - that's one of the main things to get to have happen.

when you leave your body can you actually turn around and see your body on the ground or does it disappear? And are you alone in the OBE? what i mean is can you still see cars moving in the street and people walking down the road

@Eraser1896 Yep, you can still see your body. Sometimes you are alone - sometimes with people. Sometimes you can see cars and people going by sure. Its really cool.

@iggyman783 - It depends on a lot of things, but basically no, but it is a little more complicated than that. What do we mean by harm? Mess with yur head, scare you yes. Some people have reported feeling pain, but is that simply a personal belief and experience or is it more universal than this? I say, no they can't harm you but your beliefs have to support you in this - too many scary movies on this subject can screw your belief systems up - but you are awesomely powerful in those realms.
