7 hour cartrip from Bergen to Gjøvik, Norway in 6 min. The time-lapse are dated january 2007. The route is E16 from Bergen - R33 to Gjøvik. Halfway the famous Lærdal tunnel at 25km, the worlds longest road-tunnel.

Most of the tunnels you'll find from Bergen to Voss, approx 50 tunnels. The world's longest tunnel; Laerdalstunnelen, you'll find in Lærdal. 24,5 km ;-)

Hi, I am doing this drive the first week in February this year and am concerned about the icy conditions. Did you find you had any problems?

I had no problems, but be careful, it can be both snow and icy. Check with the forecast. The road over the mountains can be closed for hours or days du to heavy snow-weather
