  • ***We Want To Buy Houses***We Have Cash***We Can Help You With Relocation Expenses***

  • Wants and needs? So the listing agent in the office is trying to get a buyers agent in the same office to provide a buyer for his listing. What a scam.

  • @happybed Because realtors continuously talk to us; like people are stupid. Realtors make suggestive comments about the obvious that are misconstrued as fact. A realtor will attempt to bullshit his or her way to make a dollar in a capitalist market, just like a preacher, or a used car salesman. two other people whom can't be trusted. Example: " This 800sq ft house is worth at least 180k" " You know there is a methlab next store mam right?" " Oh thats not a meth lab thats a candy factory"

  • Why do so many folks take the opportunity to bad mouth Realtors? Most of us are ethical, honest, and abide by the laws that govern us.

There are Doctors, Lawyers, etc etc who may have done a bad job or are unqualified, but, that doesn't mean all Doctors or Lawyers are bad either.

  • unfortunately, real estate agents aren't so helpful nowadays, either. there just aren't enough buyers on the market, and way too many sellers. the only way to go, in my opinion, is through a real estate investor that pays cash. one of my friends sold their house through the investor site wellbuyit(dot)net . she got a fairly decent offer, too!

  • my house is crappy

  • Great info think you need to follow up with a text blog . I agreen with the guy below me bullet points would be helpful.

  • Good tips, but they're lost in all their wordiness (e.g., 1 1/2 minutes to say "Make sure the house smells good." This would be a lot better if the tips they offer were written in a bulleted list as well.

  • What would it of sold for in 2000? Find that out and than add no more than 40% to that number. That is what the house should go for.
