Shrimp and spam patties that are moist and eggy....and still soft the next day! Okay, you may leave the spam out if you like. Many islanders, including the Chamorros or Guamanians, love to include spam in their shrimp patties.

I created the videos to advertise my cookbooks and to show people how to make mostly Guam food; there are many recipes on-line already, but mine are "tested, tried and true."
