Arthur really sucks, but you need to play the matchup.
Against other zoners, Arthur is a god.
Against rushdown, he should be in problem.

funny to read all the comments below. arthur IS A ZONING character. nothing else. he is like dhalsim in street fighter. close combat with him? forget it. he is made TO ZONE!!! so everybody stfu who is crying about arthur. i know, i don´t like him too, but i have to admit, that that he is one of the best zoning characters. its regular for him to zone. its a normal gameplay mechanic.
so, STOP CRYING!!!!

@blitzkrieg861 - Agreed. Only an idiot would try to play Arthur as an up close rushdown character. That completely goes against everything his character is designed for.
