i think Super Paper Mario was defintly the worst, the paper mario 3-d doesnt look as good, a thing about it, you dont have partners on the overworld seriously?

I remember when this came out, it was titled the best nintendo game ever. I mean, it was genius. You start off on a weird hill with stars, go talk to the sun and fight clouds, end up in a volcano, then go to the sky and fight bowser. OMFG IT WAS FUCKING GENIUS.

It's funny. I actually never looked at it this way, but Paper Mario's just like Pokemon (but obviously better.) It's your turn to attack, use an item or run away then it's your opponent's turn to attack or run away.
Either way, both games rock...but Paper Mario will always be better. ;)

@Vendetta162X The only exception is that you can actually use action commands to dodge attacks or counter them, while in Pokemon, you don't.

it was one of the first games to have sprites in a 3-D enviroment. It also pwns with the upgrades and partners. Also this music pwns! at the beginning is the most dramatic, then it goes to awsome montage.

I like games with 2-D and 3-D graphics in it. Paper Mario instantly became my favorite game when I played it.
