so, you pay to build that okay, then you buy a tower then that sells the money back, then you sell the tower. Don't know how you are "gaining" any money out of this.

Easy solution FOLLOW THIS!!!! Build a 4x4 box using the concrete blocks, like in this video ( Height of the 4x4 box does not matter). Then build the ride enterprise under it. i do this all the time and get 10 grand extra. Enjoy
