Superfly Productions are proud to announce the artist lineup for The 2009 Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. Looks good. 2 nights of Phish! I cannot wait to see the crowd. It is definitely going to be on the "weird" side of things.

  • Yea spaceman is right. Superfly Productions runs it. Viacom owns it. Viacom owns a lot of stuff as well as MTV and other cable networks.

  • Bonnaroo has nothing to do with MTV. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. If you think the event is going to suck your dead wrong. I'm not sure what you do for fun, but whatever it is, they've probably got it at Bonnaroo.

  • well if Viacom owns, then how come FUSE is there instead of MTV?? Maybe it's because Viacom doesn't own it.

  • True that. I have worked at the past 5 Roos. I love getting that free pass!

  • Viacom doesn't own Superfly. Don't believe everything you read on the internet. Superfly is owned by four guys named Jon, Rick, Rich & Kerry. They started the company in New Orleans. I know them. They don't have anything at all to do with Viacom. That is a conspiracy theory that is completely false.

  • I can't wait to hit up both Bonnaroo and Wakarusa! Gonna be the best two weeks of the year!

  • MMJ wants to do a Euro-summer tour to make up for cancelling the tour last fall b/c of Jim James injury. Kings of Leon has only been there two times out of eight of the festivals. I applaud Bonnaroo for keeping the lineups fresh and diverse.
