no one is questioning his courage for being over there. War is ugly, I was over there for 4 years. The thing with the dog was 100% unecessary, it has NOTHING to do with the war on terror, so why are you even comparing the two together? Just because he's in a danger zone makes it ok to throw a helpless puppy off a cliff? Think bro. When I was over there nobody did anything that uncalled for.

War's not the only source of suffering, and whilst you're right,  I have no idea of what it is to have been in combat, like most people, I have my own "Cross to bear". The bottom-line is that soldiers kill (you get given a gun.That should be a pretty good clue to what's in store). Don't jump in the water if you ( like me) can't swim.

I feel more sorrow for the innocent dog, to be honest. This soldier, by throwing, which led to the senseless killing of the helpless puppy, has deemed himself a DUMBFUCK!
