Hello my beautiful PEEPS..I actually recorded this about 2 weeks ago....I have since received some beautiful vanilla beans from the sunny island of Martinique........they are spectacular in flavor, I will be adding a new recipe in a few days using these beautiful beans...YUMMY........today I share a protein smoothie recipe...the recipe is as follows:

1 1/4 cup of Silk Almond Milk ( unsweetened)
1 full cup of frozen banana's
1 Tablespoon of Raw Almond Butter ( or peanut butter or butter of choice NO TRANS FAT or sugar added)
1/2 teaspoon of Raw Apple Cider Vinegar...with the mother
1/2 Tablespoon of Raw Agave or Maple syrup ( splenda can be used...if you must)
pinch of cinnamon
4/5 ice cubes
Blend all in the blender...add a couple of almonds for the crunch we all need!!:))

  • @TheOrganiclady Thank you so much...The Vita mix or BlendTec are both excellent blenders ...I have them both...the Blendtec actually has a little more horsepower then the vita mix...both are pricey ...but if smoothies or soups , fresh peanut butter are a must for you..this is the way to go...more smoothie recipes to come! Thanks again!
