  • @MrMaxTruth Fortunately this bacon was NOT from Wal-Mart. Where does the best bacon come from, then?

  • @whatugundo American bacon is like scabs, looks disgusting, wouldn't feed it to a dog

  • Looks disgusting. Thats not bacon

  • @MrMaxTruth yes im from england and the bacon is apparently much nice than american bacon .. my friend who went to america also said the bacon is not very nice .. dont know why they dont use the same as the english ?

  • Good bacon also comes from the Chico State meat lab.

  • @MrMaxTruth tell the truth i am surprised there are no US stores that i know of that have introduced that style of bacon what with everyone being so health concious these days. My wife treats me to imported Brit bacon on my birthday. There are one or two select places that will home deliver Brit bacon over the internet.

  • @MrMaxTruth Also 90% of British bacon and Danish is non- smoked where as here in the US its the opposit. The English are just not that into smoked bacon- maybe its a cultural thing. I am not saying you guys cant do good tasting bacon - i just haven't tasted it yet.

  • @ImprovementDirect England of course - followed very closely by Danish bacon. Both are very similar in that the meat is cut from the top of the animal and rear which gives it very little white fattyness about 90% meat. I may be wrong but i heard that US bacon , which I reluctantly eat now that i live here is the US, is cut from the belly which is the fattiest part of the animal.

  • First let me say I love the hard hat for bacon... Great job Pepper! and what else can I say... but LOL
